Palladium Hotel Group to acquire a majority stake in Palatinus Mare from Azora Capital at a €300m valuation.

Palladium Hotel Group, a global hotel and resort operator, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Palatinus Mare, a holding company for luxury hotels in Ibiza and Sicily, from Azora, a real estate investment and asset management company, at a €300m valuation.
