Interstate Waste Services completed the acquisition of Filco Carting.

Interstate Waste Services, a vertically integrated provider of solid waste collection, recycling and disposal services, completed the acquisition of Filco Carting, a family-owned waste management company in the New York City metro area. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome the Filco team to the IWS family.
