LDC Groupe completed the acquisition of Gressingham Foods.

LDC Groupe, a French company specializing in the production and distribution of poultry and processed meat products, has completed the acquisition of Gressingham Foods, a producer and seller of duck, turkey, goose, and other specialty poultry products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
