Kraken to acquire Backed Finance.

Kraken, a fintech company, agreed to acquire Backed Finance, a platform that provides on-chain finance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition, will allow Kraken to integrate Backed’s digital tokens representing stocks and ETF shares more deeply into its platform. Kraken already offers these tokenized products to its users.
