Teknei to acquire the BPO Busines from Indra Group for €96.6m.

Teknei, a technology company specializing in consulting, software development and IT solutions, agreed to acquire the BPO Busines from Indra Group, an information technology and defense company, for €96.6m. “The acquisition of Indra Group’s BPO business constitutes a decisive step that will help us increase our scale and strengthen our position in the technology service market.
