Total Specific Solutions, a European software group, completed the acquisition of Scalepoint, a provider of cloud-based software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. With TSS as its owner, Scalepoint gains a partner with deep experience in developing industry-specific software solutions, optimising businesses, and building the resources needed to support a continued growth strategy.
