Ironbridge Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Veradek, a supplier of premium outdoor décor products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Veradek has established itself as a leader in its product categories through thoughtful product design and a focused channel strategy," Jeff Murphy, Ironbridge Managing Partner.
