Centric Brands completed the acquisition of Vingino Group.

Centric Brands, a global lifestyle brand, completed the acquisition of Vingino Group, an international fashion lifestyle brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vingino’s design and sourcing strength coupled with their EU and Central and South American networks and relationships fit perfectly into our global growth strategy. We look forward to working closely with the Vingino team as an integral partner to strengthen and scale our international Kids platform,” Jason Rabin, Centric Brands Chief Executive Officer.
