Anderson Global completed the acquisition of Woodside Corporate Services.

Anderson Global, an international corporate and fund services provider, completed the acquisition of Woodside Corporate Services, a company secretarial, registrar, and corporate services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Having spoken to clients over the last year and analysed the marketplace, we believe that the Anderson Group, through the technology platform developed by Kin, can greatly improve our internal systems and provide a client-facing solution," John Rowe, Woodside Director.
