Xenon completed the acquisition of Zanetti Arturo & C and Saste Servizi Ecologici.

Xenon, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Zanetti Arturo & C, a provider of waste management services, and Saste Servizi Ecologici, a provider of waste management services, with participation from Greenthesis, members of the Zanetti family, managers of Saste, SE.VAL, and Ri.Plastic. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this transaction, we are launching a project to integrate two truly synergistic entities, as Zanetti and the Saste group possess distinctive assets and complementary skills. Together, they represent the ideal foundation for developing a platform with the highest operational, technological, and authorization standards, which other companies will undoubtedly join," Giorgio Fenili, Xenon Director.
