Great Hill Partners-backed Vanco completed the acquisition of ACS Technologies.

Great Hill Partners-backed Vanco, a provider of secure digital payments, online giving, and administrative software for faith communities, schools, and nonprofits, completed the acquisition of ACS Technologies, a provider of integrated software and IT services for churches and faith-based organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Churches have told us they want one place to turn for a full suite of services and solutions that simply work. Bringing ACST’s ministry experience together with Vanco’s trusted payments lets staff and volunteers spend more time with people and less time on systems. It’s a practical step forward—one that reflects our shared commitment to serve the Church with care and reliability,” Joe Koehling, ACS Technologies CEO.
