Main Capital Partners-backed RiskConcile, a software company specializing in cloud-based regulatory reporting, data analytics, and risk calculation solutions for the European fund industry, completed the acquisition of B4Finance, a French-based fintech company specializing in digital investor onboarding and fund subscription software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of B4Finance is another important step in building a pan-European leader in regulatory technology for the fund industry.
