Bauer Media to acquire Tele 7 Jours business of CMI France.

Bauer Media, a multimedia conglomerate, agreed to acquire Tele 7 Jours business of CMI France, a media group based in France. Financial terms are not disclosed. The sale of Télé 7 Jours to Bauer Group reflects CMI France’s strategy to refocus its activities on a more coherent core portfolio of brands and to accelerate its editorial and digital development.
