ASP Data Center, a Norwegian provider of data center services, agreed to acquire Pori data center project of CompassForge Ventures, a real estate and infrastructure investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to have found an experienced new owner that is well positioned to further enhance and drive future growth opportunities for the Pori data center project.
