Greencarrier, a logistics and freight services company, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Container Norway, a company engaged in rental, leasing, sale and related services for containers and container-related equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Container Norway has built a strong and reputable operation, and together we see significant potential to broaden our offering and meet growing customer needs.
