VAM Investments to acquire Guidi Impianti.

VAM Investments, a fund management group offering a range of funds investing across the spectrum of asset classes, agreed to acquire Guidi Impianti, an Italian company based in Pesaro that specializes in electrical systems, photovoltaic installations, heating, air‑conditioning and other building‑equipment services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
