Cerbo to merge with OptiMantra.

Cerbo, a HIPAA-compliant EHR system used by functional and integrative medicine, direct primary care, and cash-based practitioners, agreed to merge with OptiMantra, an EMR/EHR and practice management software company. Financial terms are not disclosed. "This merger allows us to build on what has made Cerbo successful while positioning the company for its next stage of growth.
