Auroora completed the acquisition of Rammy Oy.

Auroora, a Finnish serial acquirer group that owns, acquires, and develops businesses in Northern Europe, completed the acquisition of Rammy Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of front-mounted ATV/UTV attachments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Auroora's business model, long-term commitment and strong support quickly convinced me. We will be able to take Rammy's development to the next level and serve our growing international customer base even more efficiently," Tomi Piironen, Rammy Oy Founder and CEO.
