Vitruvian Partners-backed Aspia, a provider of technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax, and advisory services, completed the acquisition of Regnskab & Administration, a Danish accounting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Regnskab & Administration is a respected and well-established accounting firm with strong leadership and highly competent employees.
