Andera Partners-backed Spherea to acquire Averna from Walter Capital Partners.

Andera Partners-backed Spherea, a engineering company providing mission-critical test systems for the aerospace and defense industries, agreed to acquire Walter Capital- backed Averna, a provider of test and quality solutions for medical devices, smart devices, data centers and autonomous vehicles from Walter Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. "This partnership is a natural evolution of our shared vision.
