Lightyear Capital-backed King Risk Partners completed the acquisition of Arnold Insurance Agency.

Lightyear Capital-backed King Risk Partners, an insurance brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of Arnold Insurance Agency, a provider of construction insurance, small business insurance, personal insurance, risk management, and surety bond services.
