Ardian-backed HR Path completed the acquisition of Blueprint HR Software Solutions from Blueprint Technologiese.

Ardian-backed HR Path, a global HR consulting and HRIS solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Blueprint HR Software Solutions, an HR technology consulting and implementation, from Blueprint Technologies, a SAP-focused ERP consulting and services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition strengthens our presence in India, the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, while also opening access to other APAC markets,” François Boulet, HR Path Co-founder.
