DocLib completed the acquisition of Broom Street Software.

DocLib, a provider of ERP-integrated accounts payable automation, completed the acquisition of Broom Street Software, an enterprise software solutions provider that specializes in QAD and IT service and support. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Broom Street's QAD expertise and product suite align perfectly with DocLib's mission to simplify financial and operational processes.
