Shriram Pistons to acquire Antolin India Entities from Antolin Group for $185m.

Shriram Pistons, an Indian manufacturer of engine components, agreed to acquire Antolin India Entities, the Indian arm of Spain-based Grupo Antolin, including Grupo Antolin India, Antolin Lighting India, and Grupo Antolin Chakan, from Antolin Group, a manufacturer of automotive components, for $185m.
