Nors Construction Equipment completed the acquisition of Mi-Jack Canada and Western Pacific Crane & Equipment Canada for $7.5m.

Nors Construction Equipment, a major heavy equipment dealer and service provider, completed the acquisition of Mi-Jack Canada, a specialized industrial equipment provider focused on the sales, rental, and servicing of heavy-duty lifting machinery, and Western Pacific Crane & Equipment Canada, a distributor of crane brands, for $7.5m. Before this move, the distribution of Manitowoc mobile cranes in Canada was fragmented. By acquiring these rights and integrating the employees and inventory of the Lanco subsidiaries, Nors became the sole dealer for Manitowoc mobile cranes across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and the territories.
