Bowman Consulting Group completed the acquisition of RPT Alliance for $59.7m.

Bowman Consulting Group, a company which provides a range of real estate, energy, infrastructure and environmental management solutions, completed the acquisition of RPT Alliance, a designer of natural gas transmission facilities and power generation infrastructure, for $59.7m. The acquisition marks another milestone in Bowman’s effort to expand its power and utilities practice through scalable, high-value services that position the company to capture increasing share of the markets transforming the modern energy generation and provisioning landscape.
