Automatique & Industrie completed the acquisition of Everdyn.

Automatique & Industrie, a specialized French engineering firm and system integrator dedicated to industrial automation, monitoring, and energy efficiency, completed the acquisition of Everdyn, an automation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. For B-Hive Group, this acquisition reinforces its strategy of strengthening its business expertise and expanding its client portfolio in several key sectors, including Life Sciences and microelectronics. It also contributes to consolidating its territorial presence in the PACA, Rhône-Alpes and Centre regions.
