FIVE V Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Agile Energy, a privately-owned Australian energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This commitment accelerates our mission to make clean energy accessible and financially compelling for Australian businesses. Five V and the CEFC bring not just capital, but deep institutional expertise in scaling sustainable infrastructure.
