PHOTRON completed the acquisition of AOS Technologies.

PHOTRON, a company which specialises in manufacturing high-speed digital cameras, completed the acquisition of AOS Technologies, a Swiss-based designer and manufacturer of advanced high-speed imaging systems serving automotive, aerospace, industrial and defence markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition opens opportunities for enhanced technology collaboration, including advanced sensor development, ruggedized imaging, and emerging high-speed optical applications.
