Sumitomo Corporation-backed Summit Agro, a trading company that engages in the development, registration, import/export, and distribution of agricultural and related products, completed the acquisition of Metribuzin Solo Business of Bayer AG, a German pharmaceutical and life sciences company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
