21 Invest-backed Rocamed, a European MedTech company, completed the acquisition of Delmont Imaging, a company that designs and manufactures high-performance imaging and surgical systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The integration of Delmont imaging represents a natural extension of Rocamed’s mission to deliver high-quality minimally invasive technologies to healthcare professionals.
