PAI Partners to acquire Innovad Group from IK Partners.

PAI Partners, a pre-eminent private equity firm, agreed to acquire Innovad Group, a global specialty animal feed additives player, from IK Partners, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our journey alongside IK and the entire Innovad Group team has been a notable navigation, culminating in achievements we are very proud of.
