SuperOffice completed the acquisition of Lyyti from Vaaka Partners.

SuperOffice, a customer relationship management platform, completed the acquisition of Lyyti, an event-management platform, from Vaaka Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a natural continuation of our strategy to build Europe’s most loved CRM-platform.
