NextEra Energy Resources to acquire Symmetry Energy Solutions from Energy Capital Partners.

NextEra Energy Resources, an energy company that focuses on advancing America’s energy future through a diverse portfolio of power generation and infrastructure solutions, agreed to acquire Symmetry Energy Solutions, a provider of natural gas supply, logistics and asset management services, from Energy Capital Partners, an investment firm with a focus on investing in electricity and sustainability infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition would bring complementary capabilities, deepen customer relationships and strengthen NextEra Energy Resources' position as a leader in supporting America's energy future.
