TOYO Co, a construction company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 24.99% stake in TOYO Solar, a fast-growing solar solutions based in the US. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks a key milestone in our US growth strategy. Full ownership of TOYO Solar strengthens our operational control, aligns our long-term interests, and reinforces our commitment to delivering American-made solar solutions at scale," Junsei Ryu, TOYO Chairman and CEO.
