NTT Docomo to acquire a minority stake in Ascend Commerce Charoen Pokphand.

NTT Docomo, a provider of telecommunication services to acquire a minority stake in Ascend Commerce, an e-commerce operator from Charoen Pokphand, a holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
