Piping Rock Health Products to acquire the vitamin, mineral and supplement business of Church & Dwight.

Piping Rock Health Products, an integrated manufacturer and marketer of vitamins, agreed to acquire the vitamin, mineral and supplement business of Church & Dwight, a consumer packaged goods company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This sale immediately makes our company’s portfolio stronger, while enabling even more focus on Church & Dwight’s remaining power brands driving our market-leading performance and our forward-looking growth initiatives,” Rick Dierker, Church & Dwight Chief Executive Officer.
