Exus Renewables to acquire a 69MW Westphalia wind portfolio from Deutsche WindXperts.

Exus Renewables, a global energy solutions provider, agreed to acquire a 69MW Westphalia wind portfolio from Deutsche WindXperts, an onshore wind developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Westphalia project marks a pivotal moment for Exus as we establish our investment footprint in Germany, the largest energy market in Europe. It reflects our long-term commitment to becoming a pan-European player, active in a rapidly evolving energy and digital infrastructure space.
