FCDE to acquire a majority stake in Hemeria for €70m.

FCDE, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Hemeria, a developer of advanced aerospace and defense systems designed for strategic and operational purposes, for €70m. “This transaction represents a major milestone for Hemeria and its team. It results from rich discussions with FCDE led on a strict confidential basis, to jointly shape the next chapter of Hemeria’s journey.
