AGA HK completed the acquisition of Oliver Twist from Swedish Match.

AGA HK, a tobacco business company, completed the acquisition of Oliver Twist, a manufacturer and distributor of smokeless tobacco, from Swedish Match, a manufacturer of smokefree, cigar brands, and e-commerce services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale supports the strategy of Swedish Match to concentrate on the development of oral nicotine products for the Nordic region and the rest of the world.
