Creative Planning completed the acquisition of Marshall Financial Group.

Creative Planning, an independent wealth management firm and registered investment advisor, completed the acquisition of Marshall Financial Group, a provider of financial planning and investment services to individuals. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Marshall Financial has a 50-year history of helping clients with wealth management and financial planning.
