Weinberg Capital Group completed the acquisition of Pinson Valley Heat Treating.

Weinberg Capital Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Pinson Valley Heat Treating, a company that provides commercial heat-treating services for large and small fabricated and/or cast parts.
