Thompson Street Capital Partners-backed PestCo Holdings, a national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers, completed the acquisition of Southwest Exterminating, a pest control services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to expand our presence in the great state of Texas and specifically in the Houston market with the addition of Southwest Exterminating.
