Flight Centre Travel to acquire Iglu.com from LDC for £127m.

Flight Centre Travel, an Australian travel agency, agreed to acquire Iglu.com, an online travel agent specialising in cruise and ski holidays, from LDC, a private equity investor, for £127m. "Our partnership with Iglu is a great example of our value-adding approach to investment, as well as the value of long-term support.
