Ascona, an operator of forecourt retailers, completed the acquisition of the petrol filling station portfolio of Kessock, a forecourt operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition marks an important milestone for Ascona as we continue to strengthen our presence across Scotland and the wider UK.
