Baseten, a company specializing in AI model inference infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Parsed, a startup focused on reinforcement learning and post-training for large models. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Inference is the stickiest and most important part of the AI stack. What makes inference truly valuable over time is continual learning: using real production data and evaluations to train better, faster, cheaper models.
