Verdane, an investment firm, agreed to acquire the skilled trades marketplace portfolio from Vend Marketplaces, a family of marketplaces, for NOK550m. “We are excited to partner with the Mittanbud marketplaces team to help drive the next phase of its growth across the European home services market.
