Qualcomm completed the acquisition of Ventana Micro Systems.

Qualcomm, a semiconductor manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Ventana Micro Systems, a startup that focused on developing server CPU technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “At Qualcomm, we are committed to shaping the future of intelligent computing.
