United Infrastructure to acquire UK T&D business from John Wood Group for £57m.

United Infrastructure, a provider of solutions for the UK's critical infrastructure, agreed to acquire UK United Kingdom Transmission & Distribution engineering business from John Wood Group, an engineering and consulting business, for £57m.
