Amca completed the acquisition of Aerospace Control Products.

Amca, a Los Angeles-based aerospace and defense company, completed the acquisition of Aerospace Control Products, a company specializing in designing and manufacturing pressure and liquid level switches to customer specifications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Amca was the first acquirer we met with engineering firepower and a real focus on improving the aerospace industry. Our team is excited to join them on their mission and to work with them to significantly grow our capabilities," Aaron Ellis, ACPI President.
